National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence
The sixth National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence will be held on Friday, 18 March 2016. Mark the day in your school diaries!
This annual day provides a focus for all schools to say Bullying. No Way! and to strengthen their existing everyday messages that bullying and violence at school are not okay at any time.
For the 2015 National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence on 20 March, more than 1950 schools with over 890,000 students across Australia, participated by holding local events and activities, inviting guest speakers and running classroom lessons. Congratulations to schools for such a fantastic response and thank you to everyone who supported the day.
The Stand Together lesson plans and other National Day of Action materials and resources will remain available for schools to use anytime throughout the year.
