National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence
The 2014 National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence was on Friday 21 March 2014.
This annual day provides a focus for all schools to say Bullying. No Way! and to strengthen their existing everyday messages that bullying and violence at school are not okay at any time.
This year more than 2100 schools, with more than 960,000 students, across Australia participated by running local events, inviting guest speakers and running classroom lessons. Congratulations to schools for an excellent response.
The 2014 National Day of Action resources and lesson plans will remain available for schools to use anytime throughout the year.
Caroline Buchanan, Australian BMX World Champion, Olympian and Bullying. No Way! ambassador, talks about bullying on Network Ten's Totally Wild.
